Go through your photos and videos and choose which ones you would like to use. You can submit up to 60 images and up to 20 video clips. Don't worry if you only have one or two images. We have an option for that.
This is optional but we encourage you to write and record a eulogy (video or just audio), celebrating your friend and sharing what they meant to you. Follow our guide and examples if you're not sure what to say.
You can either let our questionnaire walk you through which options are best for you or you can select options directly from the services page. We have several templates to choose from, no matter how many or few images you have.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email requesting your files. Click on the link to easily upload your chosen files. You will have 3 days to upload your files. Once we receive your files, we will reach out to you to finalize the order and get to work.
Once we receive your order and uploaded files, we'll review everything and get in touch to confirm your invoice. Our caring representative will also be happy to answer any additional questions you have at any time throughout the process. Once you confirm your order, we'll process your payment and get to work.
You'll receive a link to your video via email within 3-5 business days. You will be able to review the video in our client portal and provide us with feedback. You get 1 free round of revisions for us to get things just right- so be sure to review thoroughly and include all revisions.
We can share your video on one or all of the following social media sites/apps: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and others. We'll use a dedicated hashtag to connect you with others who have used our services, growing a supportive community of people like you.
If you selected this option, you can schedule a memorial service for your pet once the video has been finalized. We offer a dedicated virtual space for you to congregate with your friends and family to watch the memorial video and share memories of your companion.
Development of our virtual pet cemetary is well under way. Once completed, your pet will have a forever place that you can visit any time, leave flowers, and easily access their memorial video and tribute page.
Once the services are complete, we like to follow up with a phone call. What we offer is more than a product- it's the personal connection that makes the real difference. You loved your pet and we want to make sure we've done right by them... and you!
